    A survey of more than 1,100 passengers has highlighted the cruising misconceptions they believe are most common among the general public.The poll, conducted by cruise specialist cruise.co.uk, found the biggest myth is that cruising is ‘expensive’, selected by 27% of respondents. A holiday at sea ‘only being for retired people’ was cited by 20%, followed by ‘passengers getting seasick’ at 14%.
